Problem
These platforms facilitate testing the functionality of the PCB's products during the incoming quality control (IQC) stage and inline testing, to mitigate any delays in production time studies and increased costs. The existing testing process was manual and time-consuming, leading to errors and inconsistencies in test results.
We needed to find a solution that would automate the testing process, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
Solution
We designed functional test jigs that could be used for IQC, inline testing, and functional testing. These jigs were customized for each product type and could perform multiple tests simultaneously. We integrated these jigs with a software platform that automated the entire testing process from start to finish.
The software platform provided real-time data analysis of test results, reducing errors and improving accuracy. It also generated detailed reports that could be easily accessed by the quality control team.
