We wanted to produce supporting Educational Resources for our Program participants.
=> How to identify the relevant resources
=> How to centralize everything in one place
=> How to organize for easy navigation
=> How to produce these resources at scale & save time

Solution

We decided to create a Resource Hub on Notion,

(Notion is a productivity tool that allows you to create databases, wikis, and other types of content.)

How I used AI to help me build the Program Resource Hub

1) Identify the Relevant Resources for the Program
We already had a few ideas of great resources we wanted to provide, but I additionally:
brainstormed with ChatGPT to see if any additional relevant resources would be worth creating.

We then organized the hub into four main sections:
=> A Glossary
=> A Content library
=> Use cases
=> A prompt library

2) Boost the creation process & productivity with AI

For the Content Library we gathered relevant Articles, Books, Blog posts, Podcasts etc.. about AI.
We hosted that in a table on Notion.
For each resource Notion's AI provided a short description by using only the URL of that resource.

Impact

Time saved: > 4H
Reduced frustration!
More qualitative outcome thanks to the brainstorming

If I had to manually create each description, I would have spent over 4H at least for the entire table.
