Problem

In a program called the Global AI Leadership Program by Mia - Mission Impact Academy, I wanted to learn to use generative AI to enable my career progression and do a skills, competencies and knowledge gap analysis.

Solution

We created a project that uses ChatGPT as a personal career coach to perform a skills gap analysis. Our team trained ChatGPT on thousands of job postings in various industries and used natural language processing techniques to identify the most commonly required skills for each job type.

Users can input their resume or LinkedIn profile into the system, and ChatGPT will analyze their skills and compare them against the required skills for their desired job type. The system then provides users with personalized feedback on which skills they need to improve on and suggests resources for improving those skills.
