IRCTC, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation, had an outdated booking app that was causing frustration for users. The app was slow, difficult to navigate, and often crashed during the booking process. This led to a poor user experience and low customer satisfaction.

We knew we needed to redesign the app from scratch to improve its functionality and usability. Our goal was to create an intuitive and seamless booking experience for users.

Solution

We started by conducting extensive research on user behavior and preferences. Based on our findings, we created a new design that focused on simplicity and ease of use. We streamlined the booking process by eliminating unnecessary steps and reducing load times.

The new app also featured a clean interface with clear navigation buttons, making it easy for users to find what they were looking for. We also added new features such as real-time train tracking and push notifications for updates on delays or cancellations.
