Challenge

The client wanted to modernize their existing Cold Fusion application for prenatal health providers. The portal was difficult to navigate, and the user interface was not user-friendly. The client's goal was to modernize the portal by migrating it to a more modern technology stack that would make it easier for users to submit forms, access information, follow-up with their clients during the entirety of a pregnancy, and refer clients to adjacent services.

The problem was that the existing portal was built on Cold Fusion, which made it difficult to integrate with other systems and technologies. Additionally, the user interface was not intuitive, which made it challenging for users to find what they needed quickly.

Solution

We worked with our client to migrate their prenatal health provider portal from Cold Fusion to Angular front end and included an API for data transfer with outside systems. Our team conducted integration, design, UI, and API development. We created a new user interface that was intuitive and easy to navigate, making it easier for users to find what they needed quickly.

By using Angular front end and including an API, we were able to create a more modern technology stack that integrated seamlessly with other systems and technologies. This made it easier for providers to access information and services through the portal.
