Solution

We created an application that allowed employees to upload their badges and certifications into a centralized database. The application automatically tracked expiration dates and sent reminders to employees when they needed to renew their certifications. Managers could easily view reports on employee compliance, making it easier to ensure that everyone was up-to-date on their certifications.

The application also streamlined the process of applying for new certifications by providing employees with a list of available certifications and the requirements for each one. This made it easier for employees to understand what they needed to do in order to obtain a new certification.
