Problem

Our team was tasked with developing an Android app that would help users remember their tasks based on their location. We noticed that many people struggle to remember their tasks when they are out and about, especially if they have a lot of things to do in different locations. We wanted to create a solution that would help people stay organized and productive by reminding them of their tasks at the right time and place.

However, we faced several challenges during the development process. One of the biggest challenges was integrating real-time updates into the app so that users could be notified as soon as they reached their designated location. We also had to ensure that the app was user-friendly and easy to navigate, while still providing all the necessary features.

Solution

To address these challenges, we developed Notifyomatic using Java and Firebase for efficient location-based task reminders. We utilized Google Map API to provide accurate location tracking for users. Our team also implemented voice messaging for personalized task instructions, which showcased our expertise in mobile app development and user-centric design.

We conducted extensive testing throughout the development process to ensure that the app was bug-free and provided a seamless user experience. We also made sure that Notifyomatic was compatible with multiple Android devices so that it could reach a wider audience.
