The lack of an efficient and accurate method to detect sorghum leaf diseases has been a significant challenge for farmers and researchers alike. This problem led our team to develop a solution that could identify these diseases quickly and accurately.

Solution

Our team developed an image recognition system using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to detect sorghum leaf diseases. We trained the model with thousands of images of healthy and diseased sorghum leaves to enable it to recognize different types of diseases accurately.

The system uses advanced image processing algorithms to extract features from the images, which are then classified by the CNN model. The output provides information on the type of disease present in the leaves, allowing farmers or researchers to take appropriate action immediately.
