Our team noticed that the onboarding process for our sellers was disjointed and confusing. Sellers were struggling to navigate the platform, leading to frustration and a decrease in sales. We knew we needed to create a more streamlined onboarding flow that would guide sellers through the process and set them up for success.
After conducting user research and analyzing feedback, we found that many sellers were overwhelmed by the amount of information they had to digest during onboarding. They also struggled with finding relevant resources and support when they needed it. We realized that we needed to create a more intuitive onboarding experience that would break down the process into manageable steps and provide clear guidance along the way.

Solution
We decided to create a new onboarding flow from ideation to creation for our sellers, with the goal of creating a holistic seller journey. Our team worked closely together to design an intuitive and easy-to-follow flow that would guide sellers through each step of the process.
The new onboarding flow included interactive tutorials, helpful tips, and personalized recommendations based on each seller's unique needs. We also created a centralized hub where sellers could access all relevant resources and support throughout their journey.
