Our client, a pharmaceutical company, was having trouble with their enzyme purification process. They were using a traditional batch method that was time-consuming and inefficient. Solution

We proposed building an enzyme tower that would use continuous chromatography to purify enzymes. This tower would allow for a more streamlined process by eliminating many of the manual steps required in traditional batch methods. We also implemented an automated system that would monitor and adjust conditions in real-time to ensure consistent quality throughout the entire purification process.

To further reduce waste, we incorporated a recycling system that would capture and reuse any excess material generated during the purification process. This not only reduced production costs but also helped our client meet their sustainability goals.
