Solution

We utilized the university database to extract and process data on student attendance. We used R programming language for data processing, SQL for database administration, Excel for data analysis, and Power BI for visualization tools.

We crafted an interactive Power BI dashboard that presented average attendance rates for individual students visually. This enabled faculty members to identify trends in attendance patterns easily. We also employed statistical analysis techniques to identify any significant changes in attendance rates over time.
