Problem

The Mini Casino app was experiencing a high bounce rate, with users leaving the app after only a few minutes of gameplay. The team also noticed that users were not returning to the app after their initial session. This was causing a decrease in user engagement and retention.

After conducting user research, we found that users were getting bored with the limited game selection and lack of social features. They wanted more variety in games and the ability to connect with other players.

Solution

We decided to revamp the Mini Casino app by adding new games and social features. We added popular casino games like blackjack, poker, and roulette to give users more options for gameplay. We also implemented a chat feature so that users could connect with each other while playing.

In addition, we created a loyalty program where users could earn points for playing games and redeem them for rewards like free coins or exclusive access to new games. This incentivized users to keep coming back to the app and increased engagement and retention.
