Solution
Our team developed an ASP.Net application using MVC (C#) that served as a centralized platform for ongoing launches at Microsoft. The platform enabled Business Planners to input launch requirements, which were then automatically shared with relevant stakeholders. This streamlined communication and ensured that everyone was on the same page throughout the launch process.
In addition, we created a module within the platform that allowed for the generation of transactional data reports. This provided valuable insights into progress and allowed for informed decision-making throughout the launch process.
