Problem

Our team was tasked with providing SCB Leadership training to IMD Business School. We were also expected to attend audit meetings with the Bank of Thailand, collaborate with the Standards and Procedures team, and act as a minute-taker during a committee meeting for senior IT executives. The challenge was to ensure that all these tasks were completed efficiently and effectively within the given timeframe.

We faced several challenges during the project, including communication barriers between teams due to language differences, tight deadlines, and conflicting schedules. Additionally, we had to ensure that all our work complied with regulatory standards set by both SCB and IMD Business School.

Solution

To overcome these challenges, we adopted an agile approach that allowed us to work collaboratively across teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. We held regular meetings to discuss progress and identify any issues or roadblocks that needed addressing.

We also leveraged technology tools such as video conferencing software and project management tools like Trello and Asana to facilitate communication between teams. This helped us stay on top of deadlines and ensure that everyone was on the same page throughout the project.
