The Singapore Yachting Festival 2023 was facing a major challenge of attracting sponsors and exhibitors due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The organizers were struggling to find ways to make the event successful and profitable while ensuring the safety of attendees.

We realized that we needed to come up with a solution that would not only attract sponsors and exhibitors but also ensure the safety of everyone attending the event.

Solution

Our team came up with a hybrid event model that combined both physical and virtual experiences. We created an online platform where attendees could participate in the event virtually, from anywhere in the world. This allowed us to reach a wider audience and attract more sponsors and exhibitors.

We also implemented strict safety measures for those attending the physical event, such as mandatory mask-wearing, temperature checks, social distancing, and limited capacity. We made sure that all attendees felt safe and comfortable throughout their time at the festival.
