Problem

As a student training to become a Birth Doula, I needed to create a comprehensive portfolio that would meet the requirements of my teacher. The portfolio needed to include various elements such as personal and contact information, motivation description, curriculum illusionaire, progress on learning goals, and documentation of doula begeleidingen/baringen, among others. Creating such a portfolio was challenging as it required me to gather and organize a lot of information in a structured manner. Moreover, I had limited experience creating portfolios and was not sure how to present the information in an effective way. Solution

To address this problem, we decided to create an online platform that would help students like me create comprehensive portfolios easily. The platform would have various templates for different types of portfolios and guide users through the process step-by-step. We started by conducting research on what elements should be included in a good portfolio and how they should be presented. Based on our research findings, we created several templates that users could choose from based on their needs. We also added features such as drag-and-drop functionality, auto-save, and real-time collaboration to make the platform user-friendly. Once we had developed the platform, we tested it with several students who were training to become Birth Doulas. We collected feedback from them and made necessary improvements before launching it officially.
