Solution

We began by conducting an audit of Alpaca.markets' existing design elements and identifying areas where improvements could be made. We then developed a comprehensive design system that included guidelines for typography, color palettes, iconography, and layout.

In order to ensure that the new design system was effective, we also restructured the company's UX research flow. This involved implementing user testing at every stage of the design process and incorporating feedback from users into our designs.
