Zomato, a popular food delivery platform, wanted to increase its brand awareness during the Diwali season. However, they were struggling to come up with an effective social media campaign that would engage their target audience.

Our team was tasked with creating a mock social media campaign for Zomato that would help them achieve their goal of increasing brand awareness and engagement during Diwali.

Solution

After conducting extensive research on Zomato's target audience and analyzing successful social media campaigns from other brands, we came up with a unique concept for our mock campaign. We created a series of Instagram posts featuring different Diwali-themed food items that users could order through Zomato.

We also incorporated interactive elements into the campaign by encouraging users to share photos of their own Diwali meals using a branded hashtag. To further incentivize participation, we offered discounts on orders placed through Zomato using the hashtag.
