Problem
Our client, Collegedunia, was struggling with streamlining their research processes. With 500 pieces of source data to handle and a need for 98% accuracy, the team was spending too much time on manual data entry and verification. This was causing delays in their content management process and impacting their ability to deliver timely updates to their users. To make matters worse, the existing content management system (CMS) was outdated and difficult to use. Solution
Our team of data operations specialists worked closely with Collegedunia to identify areas for improvement in their research and content management processes.
