Our client, a training institute and engineering college in Bengaluru, recognized these challenges and approached us with a request to develop an AI-powered interviewing tool that could automate the interview process and provide instant feedback to candidates.

Solution

We developed an AI-powered interviewing tool that uses natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to conduct software interviews. The tool is designed to simulate a real-life interview experience by asking candidates a series of technical questions related to their field of expertise.

The tool also provides instant feedback to candidates on their performance, including areas where they excelled and areas where they could improve.
