Agile React Development Boosts Website Traffic

Problem

Our team was tasked with creating a tech website using React. The client wanted a modern and responsive design that would showcase their brand and attract more visitors to the site. However, we faced several challenges during the development process.

Firstly, we had to ensure that the website was optimized for different devices and screen sizes. Secondly, we had to integrate various features such as search functionality, social media sharing buttons, and video embedding. Lastly, we had to ensure that the website was fast-loading and user-friendly.

Solution

To address the challenges we faced during development, our team adopted an agile approach. We divided the project into sprints and set achievable goals for each sprint.

We started by creating wireframes and mockups of the website's design using Figma. This allowed us to get feedback from the client early on in the development process. Once we had finalized the design, we began coding using React.

We used various libraries such as React Router for navigation, Axios for API calls, and React Bootstrap for styling. We also implemented lazy loading of images and code splitting to improve website performance.
