Problem

Social workers have been using a paper-based approach to take notes and manage their appointments, which often leads to the loss of important information. Additionally, many social workers are differently-abled, making it difficult for them to use traditional methods. They needed an app that would help them manage their workload and collaborate with colleagues while also being accessible to everyone.

We recognized the need for a responsive app that would allow social workers to easily take notes, manage appointments, and collaborate with colleagues. The app needed to be accessible to all users, including those who are differently-abled.

Solution

We developed a responsive app that allowed social workers to easily take notes and manage appointments on-the-go. The app was designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring that all users could access its features. We also included collaboration tools that allowed social workers to share cases with colleagues and identify case loads.

To ensure the safety of sensitive information, we implemented security measures such as password protection and data encryption. We also provided training sessions for social workers on how to use the app effectively.
