About Me

Hello there! Welcome to my Portfolio Site. Here you can read about my journey and explore some of the projects, tools, and concepts I believe in and used in diverse industries and organizations in the past. I add past projects continuously. When you look at my profile, picture it as a journey to Mars - but not just any Mars, a terraformed one. Yes, you guessed it; I'm an avid science fiction reader. But it's not just about space for me; Mars symbolizes stepping out of our comfort zone, embarking on the journey of learning new things, leading others into uncharted territories, in short: Navigating the Unknown. I've been on my own "mission" which has taken me through various roles—in Human Resources, Communications, Commercial Development, Talent, Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development at notable stars in the business universe like General Electric, Grundfos, and Helen Doron International. I have also worked as an international consultant, providing executive coaching through Flow International Consulting. I had extensive experience in managing budgets and teams, whether they span regions or the globe, promoting a culture of empowerment and accountability. I've helped many to find their North Star, guiding them in leadership and employee development. Having worked in 6 countries has made me deeply adept at navigating global collaboration and stakeholder management. With an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, an Advanced Executive Coaching Diploma from AoEC, and a 3-year Global Human Resource Leadership Program diploma from General Electric, and fluent in five languages, I've made my home in Germany for now. I strongly believe that each individual, team, and organization has "their own Mars" to discover, explore, and conquer. This metaphorical Mars represents the ultimate goal, challenge, or mission unique to them. It's about identifying and pursuing something that ignites passion and demands innovation and persistence. Just as Mars is a distant, challenging destination in space exploration, everyone's "Mars" is a journey requiring dedication and it is about the growth, learning, and transformation that occurs along the way. Let's embark on this interstellar journey together, shall we?
