About Me
I’m a product-minded PMM and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) who loves being closest to the problem: understand what’s broken, align stakeholders on the real constraint, design a practical solution, and ship something that actually gets used. My background is in Product Marketing and commercialization, but my work has consistently looked like Product Management in practice — owning ambiguous workstreams end-to-end, turning VOC + data into clear requirements, building tools/processes, and carrying solutions through rollout, enablement, and measurement. In my current role, I own pricing, packaging, and commercialization across a multi-brand home-services portfolio (HVAC, water heating/purification, indoor air quality, subscription/rental). Beyond the economics, I “productize” systems: ServiceTitan pricebooks, customer communications, dashboards, and training resources that make teams faster and decisions clearer. Highlights across recent roles: • Revamped an eCommerce catalog + merchandising system and grew sales 10x • Built analytics foundations that give leaders real-time visibility into profitability and portfolio health • Developed customer-facing and field enablement assets (decks, collateral, training) that improve adoption and execution Tools: Excel/VBA, Power BI (DAX), BigQuery/SQL, ServiceTitan, GA/Ads, Dialpad, ArcGIS, Zapier; heavy GenAI use for analysis and workflow acceleration.
