About Me

Product Design Lead with 20+ years of experience in digital products, platforms and user experiences across government, healthcare and enterprise environments. I combine design leadership, product ownership and UX/UI expertise to shape product direction, set priorities and lead complex trajectories from strategy and discovery to design, validation and implementation. My strength lies in translating complex user, organisational and technical challenges into clear, scalable and user-friendly solutions. I enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, design and execution, in close collaboration with stakeholders, business, development and design teams. More recently, I have expanded my work with AI-supported content, concept development and visual production. I use AI not as a goal in itself, but as a practical tool for research, ideation, prototyping, storytelling and content creation.
