I am a marketing and growth executive and the founder of tenderplus.io, a B2B SaaS platform that simplifies how teams manage and respond to tenders. My background spans more than a decade in group marketing and digital transformation for multi-brand recruitment and workforce businesses, where I led brand strategy, demand generation and the implementation of digital and AI-enabled marketing systems. I focus on turning complex, manual processes into simple, structured workflows that improve conversion, reduce admin and give teams better visibility of their pipeline. My current work combines applied AI, data-driven decision-making and practical product thinking to help SMEs, corporates and ecosystem partners participate more effectively in tender and proposal-driven environments.
