Real estate shoots can be challenging to direct, especially when it comes to conceptualizing the script and interviewing residents. It can be difficult to capture the essence of a property and showcase its unique features in a way that resonates with potential buyers.

Solution

Our team approached this project by first researching the property and its surrounding area. We then brainstormed ideas for the script and storyboarded potential B-Roll shots that would highlight the property's best features. We also conducted thorough interviews with residents to gather their perspectives on living in the community and what they loved most about their homes.
