My Contribution

As the Business Development Officer at Radian Health, I played a pivotal role in the conception, development, and success of the MedGauge app. I was responsible for designing the marketing strategy and materials, as well as the product and app designs. Guiding a team of six professionals, which included two language model experts, another business expert, and several medical advisors, I led the initiative to create a solution that could significantly improve patient adherence to at-home physical therapy exercises.

With my expertise in marketing and product strategy, I was able to successfully position the MedGauge app in the market as a groundbreaking solution for patients undergoing physical therapy. This was achieved by highlighting the app's unique features, such as its personalized reminders, progress tracking, and the AI-driven goal coach. Moreover, I coordinated meetings with potential investors, contributed to SBIR grant writing and patent writing, and oversaw clinical testing, ensuring the product was ready for market launch and adhered to all necessary regulations and standards.

Under my leadership, the MedGauge app has been recognized as an innovative and effective solution that addresses a significant issue in the physical therapy industry. By making at-home exercises more manageable and engaging for patients through AI-assisted coaching, we have significantly improved the recovery process for many individuals, demonstrating the profound impact of digital health tools on patient outcomes.
