Problem

Breather was facing the challenge of providing a solution for growing its footprint with top real estate partners due to lacking ability to manage guests coming into their building through Breather bookings. Additionally, they needed a way to report on monthly revenue from meeting rooms in their buildings and manage spaces.

Solution

To address these needs, our team developed and launched a new concept called Breather Onsite. This B2B portal allowed real estate partners such as Tishman Speyer, Oxford Properties, and RXR to connect their building management and security systems to our consumer-facing app. This gave them the ability to manage guests coming into their building via Breather bookings as well as the ability to report on monthly revenue through meeting rooms in their building and manage spaces. We also opened new locations in some of the top commercial buildings in cities like New York, Los Angeles, and London.
