Real estate in Pakistan is a complex and dynamic market, with prices fluctuating rapidly and often unpredictably. This makes it difficult for buyers and sellers to make informed decisions about property transactions, leading to lost opportunities and financial losses. Our team was tasked with developing a solution that could accurately predict real estate prices in Pakistan using deep learning algorithms, and then implement this solution as a web application.

We faced several challenges during the project, including sourcing reliable data on real estate prices in Pakistan, designing an effective deep learning model that could handle the complexity of the market, and creating a user-friendly web application that would be accessible to a wide range of users.

Solution

Our team began by collecting data from multiple sources on real estate prices across Pakistan. We then used this data to train a deep learning model that could accurately predict future price trends based on historical data. To ensure the accuracy of our predictions, we tested our model against real-world data and made adjustments as necessary.

Once we had developed an accurate prediction model, we worked on implementing it as a user-friendly web application. We designed the interface to be intuitive and easy to use, with clear visualizations of predicted price trends over time. We also included features such as search filters for specific locations or property types, so users could easily find relevant information.
