Problem

A client approached us with a request to renovate their 1600sq.ft. 3 bhk apartment as a turnkey project. The client wanted the entire process, from designing to execution and vendor management to client handling, to be completed in a strong and creative manner. However, the project faced several challenges.

The biggest challenge was that the apartment was located on the third floor of a building with no elevator access. This meant that all materials had to be manually carried up three flights of stairs, which made the process more time-consuming and physically demanding. Additionally, there were several design constraints due to the limited space available in the apartment.

Solution

We started by creating a detailed plan for the project that took into account all of the design constraints and logistical challenges we would face. We worked closely with our vendors to ensure that all materials could be transported up three flights of stairs without any issues.

To maximize space utilization, we used innovative design solutions such as modular furniture and wall-mounted storage units. We also used light colors and reflective surfaces to make the apartment feel more spacious than it actually was.
