Problem

Our team was tasked with creating a calculator app and a Netflix clone for a client who wanted to offer their users an all-in-one entertainment and productivity platform. The challenge was to create two distinct applications that could seamlessly integrate with each other while providing a smooth user experience.

We also had to ensure that the calculator app was accurate, easy to use, and had all the necessary functions that users would expect from such an application. On the other hand, the Netflix clone had to provide a similar experience as the original platform while being able to handle large amounts of data and traffic.

Solution

To address these challenges, we decided to use React Native for both applications. This allowed us to create native apps for both iOS and Android platforms while using a single codebase. We also used Redux for state management, which made it easier for us to manage complex data flows between different components of the applications.

For the calculator app, we created an intuitive user interface that provided all the necessary functions in a clean and organized manner. We also tested it thoroughly to ensure its accuracy and reliability. For the Netflix clone, we used AWS services like EC2 and S3 to handle large amounts of data and traffic while ensuring fast load times.
