Background

Solution is a company that provides innovative solutions to social problems. As a Service Design Strategist, we were tasked with deploying a platform that would help individuals, communities, philanthropists, influencers, businesses, and organizations at all levels including NPOs and NGOs. The platform was designed to provide a business model that would enable users to achieve their goals while making an impact on society.

Problem

The challenge was to create a platform that could cater to the needs of different types of users. We needed to ensure that the platform was user-friendly and easy to navigate for everyone. Additionally, we had to ensure that the business model was sustainable and could generate revenue while still being affordable for users.

Solution

We started by conducting research on the needs of our target audience. We identified key features that would be essential for each type of user and created wireframes based on these requirements. We then conducted user testing to refine the design and make it more intuitive.

To ensure sustainability, we developed a subscription-based model with different tiers depending on the level of access required by each user. We also integrated donation options into the platform so users could contribute towards social causes they cared about.
