Problem:

Altmall, a BNPL-based e-commerce marketplace platform, faced challenges in enhancing user experience and expanding its customer base. The existing credit approval process needed improvement to streamline transactions and attract more users. Existing customers of the bank were not fully aware of their credit eligibility and, as a result, were not maximizing the BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later)service.

Solution:

To address this, I led the development of an innovative AI-driven RPA solution. The goal was to automate and optimize the credit approval process, making it more efficient, user-friendly, and inclusive. This involved creating a sophisticated credit scoring and assessment engine that seamlessly integrated with Altmall's existing platform.

The solution aimed to preapprove credit limits for the alternative bank's customers, and proactively present them with personalized product recommendations based on their creditworthiness, transaction history, and user persona.
