Venturing into the vibrant world of food tech, I co-founded Mobimenu, a groundbreaking digital operating system tailored for restaurants and hospitality businesses. Fueled by a desire to alleviate the woes of poor dining experiences, our platform empowered restaurants to seamlessly manage diverse activities—from order processing (dine-in, takeout, delivery) to payment collection, inventory management, staff schedules, and beyond.

Key Contributions

Innovative Leadership: Guided the end-to-end product development journey, steering Mobimenu from ideation to product design, development and testing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with a dynamic team comprising Engineers, Designers, Associate Product Managers, and CX specialists to conceptualize, develop, and successfully launch the product.
Data-Driven Pricing Strategy: Analyzed market data and harnessed insights from potential customers to strategically determine the pricing of the solution.
