As a team, we noticed that new tiny home owners were struggling to navigate the learning curve and missing critical information. This led to frustration and confusion during the process of purchasing and setting up their new home. We realized that there was a need for an online learning academy that would provide buyers with all the necessary information in a clear and concise manner.

We conducted research and a review process and found that the existing resources were overwhelming. Buyers needed a step-by-step guide that would help them navigate decisions, project management systems, land preparation, delivery dates, and maintenance of their tiny homes.

Solution

To address this problem, we decided to create an online learning academy for new tiny home purchasers. Our solution involved building a micro-learning process that would ensure buyers get all the information they need in short 1-5 minute videos in sequential order. The learning would be divided into chapters that cover different aspects of purchasing and setting up a tiny home.

We started by creating a detailed outline of the content we wanted to cover in each chapter. We then worked on developing scripts for each video and began filming. We made sure to keep the videos short and engaging while still providing all the necessary information.
