
Launch Succession Planning SAP Module on Company Group Level
Problem
Our multinational company with a workforce spread across different countries was facing challenges in managing employee succession planning. The existing system was outdated and lacked the necessary features to support the company's growth plans. The HR team was struggling to identify and develop high-potential employees, resulting in a talent gap that could impact the company's future success.
We identified that the company needed an integrated solution that would streamline succession planning, identify top talent, and provide actionable insights to help managers make informed decisions.

Solution
We implemented SAP Success Factors Succession module as it met all of the company's requirements for an integrated solution. My worked closely with the local HR organizations to understand their needs and configure the module accordingly. We also provided training sessions for managers and employees to ensure they were comfortable using the new system.
The SAP Success Factors Succession module enabled the company to identify high-potential employees, create development plans, and track progress toward goals. It also provided insights into skills gaps and helped managers make informed decisions about promotions and transfers. The system was fully integrated with other modules such as Performance & Goals, Learning, and Development, providing a comprehensive talent management solution.
