Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI): The TKI is a tool designed to measure an individual's behavior in conflict situations. It identifies five conflict-handling modes—competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating—to help individuals understand their default conflict styles. The goal is to develop more effective strategies for resolving disputes by selecting the most appropriate mode for each situation.

Organizational Network Analysis (ONA): Organizational Network Analysis is a technique used to visualize and analyze the informal connections between individuals and groups within an organization.
